Mongolia!

Clare and I are leaving for Mongolia Sunday morning and will be there for about ten days. We will be helping to lead and speak at a conference of church leaders and missionaries from Mongolia,Russia, Uzbekistan and China.

Please pray that we will be the presence of God to these dear people. Pray that we will hear and know what to teach and say. Pray that they will receive what God wants to give and do.

From Recife to Ulanbator...

Hi...
I have just spent two great weeks in Recife - Brazil. It is always good to see old friends in South America. My students were great and seemed rather mature and easy to connect with. God seemed very present - that was a great joy to me and the students.
I am now home with Clare in Waco and getting ready for both of us to go to Ulanbator - the capital city of Mongolia (From 29 april to 8th May). It is always a joy to see the Mongolians and Russians (mostly from Siberia) and some of our missionaries who come from China. Clare and I will be helping to lead and teach at a leadership training conference. So many Mongolians have become Christians in the last 15 years or so! It is still kinda early spring in Mongolia (chilly) and we will be staying up in the beautiful mountains just outside the city. Do pray that we will hear God and receive all He has for us. Pray that these church leaders will go home with a sense of fresh life new vision from God.
